Requirements for admission to this program? The Office of Undergraduate Admissions reviews applications and makes a determination of admittance or non-admittance. Factors affecting the committee’s decision include (1) high school grade point average (GPA), (2) optional Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Test (ACT) scores, (3) previous college performance, (4) recommendations, (5) interviews, (6) student essays, and (7) any other matters deemed relevant by the committee. Applicants must provide official high school and college transcripts from all previous schools attended, whether or not credit was granted. Applicants completing their senior year of high school, and in some cases transfer applicants, may also self-report SAT/ACT scores on their application for admission. The high school transcript may be omitted for students who have at least 24 transferable credits from a regionally accredited institution. Applicants who attended foreign institutions must have coursework from the foreign institutions evaluated for U.S. institutional equivalence.
